Kareena Kapoor Lands In Legal Trouble: Kareena Kapoor Khan landed in legal trouble! Why Did Kareena Kapoor Land In Legal Trouble For Her Book?

A notice by Madhya Pradesh Court was issued after an advocate approached the court against Kareena Kapoor for using the word 'Bible' in her book's title. A single judge-bench led by Justice Gurpal Singh Ahluwalia issued the notice against the Crew actress and the book seller as well after advocate Christopher Anthony's petition. Not only just that, Mr. Anthony also demanded a ban on the book as well.

Anthony first approach to police to file an FIR against the actor, however, he approached to lower court after they refused to file a case. His request was further rejected after he failed to establish the reason how the word 'Bible' in the title seems offensive. Lastly, he approached to Madhya Pradesh High Court after his petition is dismissed again by the additional session court.

Citing his reason for petition and demanding a ban on book, Anthony stated that it is hurtful to Christian sentiment, calling it a 'cheap publicity', he said, "Bible is the holy book of Christianity all over the world and it is wrong to compare Kareena Kapoor Khan's pregnancy with the Bible."
