Salaar Hindi Box Office Collection: Salaar Part 1-Ceasefire, Prabhas-Prashanth Neel's latest high-octane action entertainer is gaining momentum worldwide even after its first weekend. The movie which hit the screens on December 22 in five languages is doing remarkably well in the Hindi-speaking belt.

After the theatrical release, Salaar earned positive reviews and made the fans of Prabhas happy and content. Prabhas has been waiting to give a blockbuster success on the lines of Baahubali 2 ever since but delivered back-to-back flops amid anticipations. In addition, his recent release before Salaar Ceasefire, Adipurush, became a subject of severe trolling and controversy.

As expected, Salaar broke every aspect of the box office and advance pre-sales records for any Indian, south Indian, and Telugu film has set so far, globally. The movie which stars Shruti Haasan as the female lead exceeded expectations and is minting money now.

In Khansaar, Raja Mannar wants to announce his son Vardharaja Mannar as his successor much to the dismay of his ministers and advisors. However, the minister's ploy was to kill Vardha and destroy Khansaar by deploying foreign armies. Vardha escapes the attempt and approaches his childhood friend Deva Salaar. What happens next? forms the story of the first part of Salaar Part 1-Ceasefire.

After Baahubali 1 & Baahubali 2, Prabhas rose to global fandom and what followed next needs no introduction. However, the much-prestigious release, Adipurush, tanked miserably critically although the movie earned a whopping numbers at the box office. But now that two forces like Prabhas and Prashanth Neel coming together, the expectations are generally high and the Hindi audiences are intrigued.

Accordingly, the openings were decent for the Hindi version of Salaar Part 1-Ceasefire and the advance booking sales are phenomenal for a south-Indian production without Bollywood actors. The movie is doing great, rather better than how it did on its release day.

The first part of Salaar: Ceasefire stars Prabhas, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, Tinnu Anand, Easwari Rao, Jagapathi Babu, Sriya Reddy, Ramachandra Raju, Madhu Guruswamy, Saptagiri, Prudhvi Raj, Jhansi, Brahmaji, Naga Mahesh, Dubbaka Bhaskar Rao, and Gemini Suresh among other in key roles.

The movie was produced on a budget of about Rs 250 Crore by Vijay Kiragandur of Hombale Films. Bhuvan Gowda cranked the camera and Ujwal Kulkarni worked as the editor. Ravi Basrur composed the film's background score and music.
