According to a report published in Sacnilk, Border 2 saw a dip in the overseas market and earned Rs 65 lakhs in the overseas market on day 15 (third Friday) which took the overall collection to Rs 52cr. On the other hand, the total worldwide collection of Border 2 happens to be Rs 407cr.

Given the fact that Border 2 has entered the third weekend, Border 2 will be seen pick up in the overseas and is likely to earn Rs 1-2 lakhs again today (day 16/ third Saturday). While Border 2 will be inching close to Rs 55cr mark in the overseas and it will also be movie towards Rs 415cr worldwide. In fact, Border 2 is now eyeing to cross the lifetime overseas collection of Shah Rukh Khan's hit film Raees which had minted Rs 57.82cr in the overseas. While speculations are rife about Border 2 beating Raees in overseas today, the current trends suggest it will be falling a little short to surpass the numbers.

Meanwhile, Varun Dhawan, who played the role of an Indian Army soldier for the first time on the big screen, spoke about Border and said, "A battle #border2.A film that really pushed me to my limits.
