One of the pictures shows her flaunting her bare baby bump in a co-Ord set, that she paired with a black bralette. The pregnancy glow was unmissable on the mommy-to-be. Gabriella's comment section was filled with heart-warming congratulatory messages as her fans showered love on her. However, there were a few others, who called her out for embracing pregnancy without being married. A woman called her out and accused her of 'spoiling youth mentality'. Suggesting that she should get married, the user wrote, "When will u get married .u stay in India not ur born place.. You ppl spoil youth mentality".

Gabriella is surely not someone to sit back and take it. She gave a savage reply to a nasty comment by saying: "The mentality here is spoilt by bringing beautiful souls to the world and not by small-minded bigots."

Meanwhile, Arjun Rampal and Gabriella Demetriades have been in a relationship since 2018. They met through common friends and started dating. Their relationship became public when they were spotted together at various events and social gatherings.

In April 2019, Arjun and Gabriella announced that they were expecting their first child together. They welcomed their son, Arik Rampal, in July 2019.
