HanuMan, fronted by Teja Sajja, has earned Rs 100 crore at the worldwide box office, the makers announced on Tuesday. The Telugu-language superhero film, written and directed by Prashanth Varma, released on Friday. Production house Primeshow Entertainment shared the box office update on its official X page. Pa Ranjith's film "Thangalaan", starringVikram, will be released globally in cinemas in April, the makers have announced. Reportedly set against the backdrop of early 19th century mining, the film was previously scheduled to hit the screens on January 26. "Thangalaan" is backed by K E Gnanavel Raja of Studio Green production house. "History awaits to be written in blood and gold. #ThangalaanFromApril2024 #HappyPongal #HappyMakarSankranti," the banner said in an X post on Monday. "Thangalaan" also stars Malavika Mohanan, Parvathy Thiruvothu and Hollywood actor Daniel Caltagirone in pivotal roles. GV Prakash is scoring the music for the film, which will be released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.

Actors Vikrant Massey, Raashii Khannaand Ridhi Dogra are set to star in "The Sabarmati Report" Ranjan Chandel, who previously directed the web series "Grahan", is attached to helm the project from a story penned by Aseem Arrora. Presented by Balaji Motion Pictures, the upcoming film is a Vikir Films production. It will hit the screens on May 3, 2024. Balaji Motion Pictures shared the announcement on its official Instagram page on Monday. Adarsh Gourav will commence filming for the highly anticipated project next week, "Aliens," part of Ridley Scott's iconic franchise in Thailand. With several celebs reporting incidents of being stuck at the airports due to delayed flights, Ranvir Shorey has now narrated his harrowing experience wherein passengers were misled with inaccurate reasons for the delay and said that he is planning to file a complaint against the airlines for the trauma. He tweeted, "Our flight was scheduled for 2 PM. All 8 of us checked in 2 hours prior as stipulated, and only then were we informed that the flight is 3 hours late due to bad weather (fog). We were not intimated prior to reaching the airport. It very clearly said that the aircraft that was supposed to fly us was coming in from Kolkata, which had reported no fog issues, and had already arrived at Bangalore. When we confronted the Indigo staff with this information, he simply said that the website has not been updated properly, and gave us his “personal guarantee” that the flight will take off at around 8 PM. This was important for me as my child would be alone at home if I did not get back by around 10-10:30 PM. At about 7 PM, the flight time was changed to 9 PM. we had to face another 2-3 hours of lies and delays before a pilot showed up and our flight took off at around midnight, 10 hours after the scheduled time of the flight! We will be filing a complaint for the trauma we have been doled out yesterday by @IndiGo6E in the name of air travel."
