Kettan Singh Issues Apology To Karan Johar: After Karan Johar called out Kettan Singh in his Instagram story, comedian issued a public apology to the filmmaker. Kettan claimed that his intention was never to hurt KJo and he was just trying to entertain his audience with his comedy. Kettan further added in his apology statement that he is a big fan of Karan and have watched all his movies, including the recent one Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. Karan Johar called out the comedian after one of Kettan's video were he is mimicking Koffee With Karan goes viral. Uploading the video, Kettan captioned his post, "Ab milega madness ka swaadh on Toffee with Churan."

After Karan called out Kettan's poor mimicry, the comedian apologized for "hurting" the filmmaker. India Today reports Kettan's reaction on KJo's post. Kettan stated, "I would like to apologise to Karan Johar sir. First of all, whatever impersonation I do, because I watch a lot of Karan Johar on the coffee show, I am a fan of his work." He further praised KJo's work and claimed, "I have seen his latest film, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani 5 to 6 times. I am a huge fan of his work and his show."

Kettan went on to apologize by saying, "If my actions hurt him, I would like to apologise to him. My intention was not to hurt him. I just wanted to entertain the audience but if I did something extra, I would like to say sorry to him."

To note, Karan Johar took to his Instagram story to call out the comedian. He wrote, "I was sitting with my mother watching television. I saw a reality comedy show promo, which airs on a so-called respectable channel. A comic artist is doing a very bad mimicry of me." Karan added, "I can expect this from trolls or those people who say anything by hiding their face or name. But when those people are from their own industry, they make fun of you. That too of a person who has been a part of the industry for more than 25 years. Your doing like this shows how we are living in these times. Now it doesn't make me angry, but makes me sad."
