Fans were eagerly waiting for the sequel but were left heartbroken when Paresh Rawal announced his exit from the movie. The actor confirmed in a Twitter post that he didn't have any creative differences with the director after a whirlwind of speculations about citing their creative disagreements as the reason behind his sudden exit. Later, Akshay Kumar sent a legal notice to the actor and sued him for damages of Rs 25 cr.

Meanwhile, a latest report suggests that it wasn't Akshay Kumar who initiated the chaos. A source informed News18, "Akshay didn't initiate anything. Paresh acted first and Akshay only responded after Paresh abruptly exited the project."

According to the News18 report, the Housefull 5 actor, also the producer of Hera Pheri 3, had supposedly purchased the Hera Pheri 3 rights from producer Firoz A. Nadiadwala for a whopping Rs 10 cr. The crucial action was made only after Paresh Rawal's commitment to the film. However, things started to go downhill 15-20 days ago. "He had said yes. He had also recently wrapped up Bhoot Bungalow with Akshay. Everything was moving smoothly until 15-20 days ago," the source added.

Paresh Rawal Hiked His Fee For Hera Pheri 3?

Apparently, Akshay Kumar responded to the chaos by sending Paresh Rawal a legal lawsuit only after facing a potential loss for Rawal's abrupt exit. Reportedly, Kumar also agreed to pay thrice of Paresh Rawal's regular fees for Hera Pheri 3.

In fact, the shooting dates and schedules were fixed and they had even hired the crew.

According to an earlier Bollywood Hungama report, Paresh Rawal had allegedly charged Rs 15 cr for Hera Pheri 3 and his signing amount was said to be around Rs 11 lakhs.

Recently, during the trailer launch event of Housefull 5, Akshay Kumar broke his silence on Paresh Rawal's much-talked-about exit from the highly-anticipated Hera Pheri 3 for the first time.

At the event, when one of the reports explained how the public thought Paresh Rawal was 'foolish' to walk out Hera Pheri 3, Kumar immediately stopped him and sternly replied, "Let me first tell you that using a word like 'foolish' for my co-star is something I won't appreciate." He added, "It is not right. I have worked with him for the last 32 years. We are very good friends. He is a great actor. I really admire him. (sic)"

Paresh Rawal Lawer Clarification On Why Actor Quit Hera Pheri 3

According to Times Now, Paresh Rawal's lawyer Anand & Naik claimed that Hera Pheri 3 team "did not deliver the story, screenplay or a draft of a long-form agreement which was fundamental to the engagement" to his client.
