Shah Rukh Khan's Rs 200-cr sea-facing bungalow Mannat is currently undergoing a renovation process and the Khan-daan has moved into a new place. During a recent chat with News18 Showsha, Gauri Khan has spilled an exciting update on Mannat's renovation work.

Gauri, who has personally designed every corner of Mannat, has revealed that the much-talked-about revamp process is currently going on in full swing and the final outcome of the renovated house is expected to take place within the next year.

Amid the ongoing renovation work at Mannat, Gauri Khan has reportedly rented a 2-BHK apartment in Bandra for a monthly rent of Rs 1.35 lakh exclusively for their staff. Located in Pankaj Society, Pali Hill area in Bandra, the apartment is said to be only 100 metres away from where SRK-Gauri and their kids are living now, as reported by The Indian Express.
