Hoichoi Original Series Kaalratri 1st Episode Now Streaming: And it's finally here! Popular actress Soumitrisha, who became a household name after her Zee Bangla serial 'Mithai', made her OTT debut with the now-streaming Hoichoi series 'Kaalratri'. After the mythological thriller 'Nikosh Chhaya' and the romantic-drama 'Talmar Romeo Juliet', the Bengali streaming app has treated fans with the family crime-drama perfectly mixed with secrets, affair, crime, and twists.

Hoichoi Series Kaalratri Full Cast, Plot

Directed by Ayan Chakrabroty, the Hoichoi series 'Kaalratri' revolves around the story of a newly-wedded bride Debi (played by Soumitrisha) who gets to know that her husband Rudra has been murdered on their first night after wedding at their mansion.

Besides Soumitrisha, the show also featured Indrashish Roy as Rudra alongside Rupanjana Mitra, Rajdeep Gupta, Sairity Banerjee, Debesh Chattopadhyay and Anujoy Chattopadhyay among others.

Soumitrisha debut series 'Hoichoi' had its premiere today (6th December 2024). All the episodes were dropped at 12 am on Hoichoi. The episodes are available in HD with English subtitles.

The official Hoichoi synopsis of 'Kaalratri' reads, "On her wedding day, Devi fears her friend's chilling prediction of her husband's imminent death. As the dark prophecy unfolds, she is pulled into a web of mystery, danger, and supernatural forces. With each passing moment, the line between reality and nightmare blurs. (sic)"
