The Devil Wears Prada 2 Divas Take South Korea By Storm: Meryl Streep & Anne Hathaway Turn Up The Fashion Heat

After setting Tokyo ablaze with their signature sass and style, Hollywood icons Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway arrived in Seoul on Wednesday, April 8, for the next leg of the global promotions for the highly anticipated The Devil Wears Prada 2. The 20th Century Studios film reunites the duo on the big screen for the first time in 20 years, as they reprise their iconic roles of Miranda Priestly and Andy Sachs.

Kicking off their Seoul appearance, Streep and Hathaway greeted an enthusiastic crowd of fans, instantly elevating the evening into a full-blown fashion moment. Both stars brought their A-game to the spotlight. Hours before the event, the duo met the media in the city and received a pair of one-of-a-kind red heels, making the evening even more memorable.

What truly stood out during the press tour was Streep's heartfelt reflection on reuniting with the cast after two decades. "I just really loved reigniting the energy between us. And I loved meeting you as a full-blown woman, not a young girl on the cusp. It's been such a great pleasure," says Streep, looking at Hathaway. "It was wonderful seeing Emily Blunt again. And Stanley Tucci-I can't get rid of him, he's in my life forever. We've made a couple of films together. The chemistry was just wonderful."

The Devil Wears Prada 2 reunites the original core team, with director David Frankel and writer Aline Brosh McKenna returning alongside the lead cast. The film is produced by Wendy Finerman, with Michael Bederman, Karen Rosenfelt, and Aline Brosh McKenna serving as executive producers.
