Sarvam Maya OTT Release: Nivin Pauly has bounced back strongly after a prolonged low phase, with the massive success of his recently released horror comedy film. Sarvam Maya, which is directed by Akhil Sathyan, recently crossed the ₹50 crore mark at the worldwide box office. Reportedly, the OTT rights of the Nivin Pauly starrer have been sold.

Sarvam Maya OTT Platform And Expected Release Date

According to the recent reports, the much-loved horror comedy film is confirmed to make it OTT debut, soon after it completes its theatrical run. The post-theatrical OTT rights of Sarvam Maya have been bagged by the streaming giant Jio Hotstar, for a whopping price. However, this report is not confirmed by the makers, yet. An official announcement on the film's OTT platform and release date are expected to be made in a few weeks.

If things proceed at the same rate, Nivin Pauly's superhit film will continue its theatrical run, for a longer time than expected. So, it is safe to assume that Sarvam Maya will not hit the OTT screens within 35 to 40 days, like other Malayalam films. Instead, the audiences will have to wait a little longer to watch the horror comedy film on Jio Hotstar, as it might take the route of recent blockbuster Lokah Chapter 1: Chandra.

Sarvam Maya Plot, Cast And Crew

The Akhil Sathyan directorial revolves around the life of Prabhendu, a Malayali Brahmin man who is estranged from his traditional family. Even though he works as a guitarist, the protagonist is soon forced to return to his family business to make ends meet. As he starts working as an assistant priest, Prabhendu encounters a friendly ghost named Maya, who changes his life.

Sarvam Maya features Nivin Pauly in the role of Prabhendu, while young actress Riya Shibu appears as Maya aka Delulu. Aju Varghese, Preity Mukhundhan, Janardhanan, Alphonse Puthren, Arun Ajikumar, Raghunath Paleri, Madhu Warrier, Althaf Salim, and others in the key roles.

The horror comedy film is scripted by director Akhil Sathyan himself, who has handled the film's editing as well. Justin Prabhakaran composed the songs and the original score for Sarvam Maya. Sharan Velayudhan is the director of photography. The project is bankrolled by Ajaya Kumar and Rajeev Menon, under the banner Firefly Films.
