Drishyam 3 Box Office Collection Day 1 Kerala Prediction: The Malayalam crime thriller Drishyam 3 opened in theatres worldwide on May 21, 2026, with strong attention on its box office performance in Kerala. Directed by Jeethu Joseph and starring Mohanlal in the lead role, the film marks the third installment in the Drishyam franchise following the events of Drishyam 2.

Early indicators from online ticketing activity suggest that the film has generated substantial interest among audiences in Kerala on its opening day. Film industry tracker AB George shared a series of updates on X throughout Thursday, highlighting a sharp increase in hourly bookings on BookMyShow after the first shows began.

According to the posts, Drishyam 3 initially crossed around 25,000 bookings per hour before later climbing to 28,000. Another update stated that the film was moving toward what could become the second double-digit opening for a Malayalam film in Kerala this year. In a later post, the tracker claimed that the film sold close to 38,000 tickets in a single hour after release, describing it as the highest post-release peak hour recorded on the platform among recent Malayalam releases.
