The rapper tied the knot with his lady love Navami Lata in a private ceremony at his residence. Vedan and Navami opted for a simple register marriage, in the presence of their family and friends.

Reportedly, Vedan always wanted to get married in a simple private ceremony, instead of opting for an extravagant ceremony. Even the rapper initially decided to tie the knot with Navami Lata without any celebrations, he eventually changed the decision upon the insistence of his family members and friends.

The wedding reception was attended by a limited number of guests, including his family, friends and neighbours. According to Vedan's brother, his family knew bride Navami Lata ever since the rapper started dating her. Interestingly, the wedding date was finalised by the families of the bride and groom, and it was a big surprise for the rapper.

Reportedly, the family members of the bride and groom decided to conduct the register marriage ceremony on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, as it was the only free day in the rapper's schedule. Vedan, who announced his wedding to Navami Latha with a special post on his personal Instagram handle, wrote: "Hiran & Navami @vedanwithword @navamilatha"

For the uninitiated, Vedan's bride Navami Latha, is a young writer. She has penned some remarkable literary works including Poompattavetta, a collection of Malayalam short stories. Navami was frequently seen with Vedan in several public events over the years. Recently, the writer was seen accompanying the popular rapper as he received the Kerala State Film Award for the Best Lyricist, for the popular song Kuthanthram from Manjummel Boys.
