The show's finale witnessed the six finalists battling it out by giving stellar performances.

Akshara Lakshmi, Ananyah, Harshini Nethra, Meghna Sumesh, Sreenitha, and Richa Syjan were the finalists of Super Singer Junior 9. Among them, Sreenitha has been declared the winner of Super Singer Junior Season 9 based on public votes. On the other hand, Harshini bagged the second spot and is the first runner-up.
