Love Insurance Kompany (LIK) Box Office Collection: The Tamil film Love Insurance Kompany (LIK), headlined by Pradeep Ranganathan, continues its theatrical run into the second week with a largely steady weekday trend in collections. As of Day 12 (Tuesday, April 21), the film's earnings reflect consistency at lower levels following an active opening week.

Directed by Vignesh Shivan, the science fiction romantic comedy opened in cinemas on April 10, following multiple postponements from its initially planned September 2025 release. The film features a cast including S. J. Suryah and Krithi Shetty, along with supporting performances from Yogi Babu, Seeman, and Gouri G Kishan.
According to estimates from box office tracking website Sacnilk, Love Insurance Kompany collected approximately ₹0.67 crore (India net) on its 12th day, with around 1,370 shows across the country. The film's overall occupancy remained at about 18%, indicating steady footfall compared to recent weekdays.
With this, the film's total India net collection has reached ₹38.87 crore, while the gross collection within India stands at ₹44.87 crore. Overseas markets have contributed ₹11.10 crore, taking the worldwide gross total to ₹55.97 crore.
A closer look at the language-wise performance on Day 12 shows that the Tamil version continues to dominate, contributing ₹0.57 crore from over 1,100 shows. The Telugu version added ₹0.10 crore, maintaining a smaller but consistent presence.
The film had a relatively strong opening weekend, earning over ₹7 crore on its first day and peaking during the initial three days. However, collections began to decline during weekdays, a pattern that has persisted into the second week. After closing its first week with ₹33.22 crore, the film saw a drop in both screen count and occupancy in subsequent days.
LIK Plot, Key Crew And Box Office Trend
Love Insurance Kompany revolves around a young man who gains access to a futuristic device that allows him to travel to the year 2035. His search for a lost relationship leads him to a fictional company that treats love like an insurable commodity, complete with terms, claims, and settlements. The narrative blends elements of romance, comedy, and speculative fiction.
The film's technical crew includes music by Anirudh Ravichander and cinematography handled by Ravi Varman and Sathyan Sooryan. It is jointly produced by Rowdy Pictures and Seven Screen Studio.
As the film enters Day 13 (Wednesday, April 22), it remains to be seen whether midweek trends hold steady or if collections experience further decline before the upcoming weekend.
