NAAGIN 6 NOT GOING OFF AIR

"Several new shows on the channel are not performing well in terms of TRPs. Only Naagin 6 and Udaariyaan are gaining decent numbers. Tejasswi Prakash's show is like a golden goose for Colors and they won't be killing it soon when other properties have failed," a reliable source told Filmibeat.

NAAGIN 6 EXTENSION

While the channel is axing Fahmaan Khan's DharamPatnii and Karan Kundrra, Reem Shaikh and Gashmeer Mahajani starrer Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal, Naagin 6 has received another extension.

"The channel is yet to take a decision on Naagin 6's fate as Bekaboo has also failed to grab decent eyeballs during weekends. Contrary to the rumours, the supernatural drama is not going off air next month and will most probably receive another extension," the source said when asked about Naagin season six extension.

NAAGIN 6 LEAP

Guess what? The makers are all set to introduce a leap in Naagin 6. Yes, you read that right! As mentioned in the start, get ready for another time jump as the creative team has planned a shocking twist.

As shown in the viral promo, Prathana will die in the show. There will be several new joinees in Naagin season six in the upcoming days.

Malini Kapoor, who has worked in shows like Balika Vadhu and Kumkum, will join the weekend drama and play the role of Tejasswi Prakash's mother. She will be seen as Meenakshi, who is a South Indian woman.

Interestingly, Malini's sister Shalini Kapoor played Tejasswi Prakash's on-screen mother-in-law in Swaragini.

NAAGIN 6 NEW ENTRY

While Malini Kapoor has been confirmed to play Tejasswi's mom, another actress has been approached to play a positive role in the show. We are talking about Swatti Bakshi, who is known for her role in Naagin 6.

"Swatti Bakshi has been approached for Naagin 6. She will be seen in a positive role and her entry is expected to spice up things in the hit weekend show. Things are under development and if things go as planned, the Saathiya 2 star will be seen making a grand entry in Naagin season 6," our khabri exclusively told us.
