Krishnamma Debuts On Amazon Prime Video: Satyadev Kancharana emerged as a successful actor irrespective of the characters he played in various films. He has done numerous variety of roles and experiments a lot among the new generation actors of Tollywood. His latest film is a mass action drama with a revenge story titled 'Krishnamma.' Written and directed by VV Gopala Krishna, Krishnamma movie was released to a decent buzz on May 10 in Telugu worldwide.

The movie was presented by filmmaker Koratala Siva, who is now helming 'Devara' with Jr NTR and Janhvi Kapoor. Krishnamma movie earned genuine reviews for the plot and performances but failed to generate figures at the box office, prompting the filmmakers to go for an early OTT release.

Krishnamma Synopsis

Three orphans who grow up together on the banks of river Krishna form an unbreakable bond. They become family to each other. A ghastly incident changes their lives at once.

Krishnamma Debuts On Prime Video Within A Week Of Its Release

The movie, a mass action drama with a revenge plot showcased Satyadev in a new light and entirely fresh makeover. Krishnamma movie's digital streaming rights were sold to Amazon Prime Video, a front-runner for Telugu movies. The movie, however, made a sudden and quick OTT debut on the platform unannounced. Krishnamma movie is perhaps one of the few films to make an OTT debut within a week of its theatrical release. Krishnamma started streaming on Prime Video from midnight of May 17, without any prior intimation, much to the surprise of many.

Written and directed by VV Gopala Krishna, Krishnamma movie was presented by Koratala Siva, who liked the movie and wanted to be part of it. Krishna Kommalapati bankrolled the movie under the Arunachala Creations banner. Ramesh Eligeti co-wrote the story and script. Sunny Kurapati cranked the camera while Tammiraju worked as the editor. Kaala Bhairava composed the film's entire sound and music. Ananth Sriram penned the lyrics for all the songs while Raam Kumar was the Production Head.
