Charitha Kamakshi OTT Release: The Telugu romantic drama Charitha Kamakshi, featuring actors Divya Sripada and Abhai Naveen in the lead roles, is set for its digital premiere soon. The film explores the relationship between a newly married couple and the unexpected circumstances that begin to affect their lives. With a narrative centred on marriage, emotional conflicts and personal struggles, the film presents a story that unfolds within a middle-class backdrop.

Divya Sripada, known for her performances in Telugu films and web projects, plays the central character, while Abhai Naveen plays her husband. The film's storyline focuses on the early days of their marriage and how their relationship evolves over time.

Charitha Kamakshi: Plot, Cast And Streaming Details

The trailer introduces Divya Sripada's character and her husband shortly after their wedding. Their relationship initially appears distant, with Charitha asking her husband to give her time before their marriage becomes physically intimate. As the days pass, the couple begins to develop a deeper emotional connection. Their journey, however, takes an unexpected turn when a sudden development disrupts their lives.

A major twist in the story leads to Abhai Naveen's character being locked up in a police station, leaving Divya Sripada's character to face several challenges on her own. The situation forces her to deal with both family responsibilities and external pressures. Among those she encounters is a police officer, played by actor Prithveeraj (Babloo Prithviraj), who becomes part of the unfolding events.

Along with the lead pair, the film features a supporting cast that includes Prithveeraj, Manikanta Varanasi, Sunitha Manohar, Satish Saripalli, Rajashekar and Anji Mama.

Charitha Kamakshi is directed by Channdu Saayi and produced by Rajini Reddy. The cinematography for the film is handled by Rocky Vanamali, while the music is composed by Abu. Editing has been carried out by Kodati Pavan Kalyan. The screenplay and writing credits go to Gnaneshwar Devarapaga and Shiva Shankar Chinthakindhi. Lyrics for the songs have been written by Kuchi Shankar, Manohar Palisetty, Vasu and Gnaneshwar Devarapaga.

The technical team also includes art director Ramesh, costume designers Devi and Bhavani Neerati, and sound designer Padma Rao. The film's digital intermediate work has been completed by Raja Srinivas Mamidi, while Omkar Kadiyam designed the posters. Siva MSK served as executive producer, and Swarna handled production management.

Charitha Kamakshi will premiere directly on the streaming platform ETV Win on March 5. The film is part of the platform's growing slate of original digital releases, which includes titles made specifically for online streaming.
