The Indian historical drama August 16 1947, was written and directed by N.S. Ponkumar. Gautham Karthik starred as the lead, along with Pugazh, Jason Shah, and Madhusudhan Rao. A. R. Paraman (Gautham Karthik) battled the savagery and fought to free everyone from the Britisher's grip.
