Along with balancing her acting career, she consistently performed well in academics, securing 93% in her Class 10 CBSE exams (2019) and 94% in Class 12 (2021). She later went on to pursue a Bachelor of Mass Media (BMM) degree from Jai Hind College, Mumbai.

Ashnoor Kaur began her acting journey in 2009 with her debut as a child artist in Jhansi Ki Rani. Over the years, she appeared in several television serials, gaining her first major recognition in 2015 for playing young Naira Singhania in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Her career reached new heights with her portrayal of Mini Babita in Patiala Babes (2018), which earned her widespread acclaim. Ashnoor also stepped into Bollywood with cameo roles in Sanju (2018) as young Priya Dutt and in Manmarziyaan as Kiran Bagga.
