Bollywood Movie Sequels to Watch Out For: Mastiii 4, De De Pyaar De 2, and Beyond

The first De De Pyaar De won hearts by blending comedy with emotional depth, starring Ajay Devgn, Tabu, and Rakul Preet Singh, and exploring age-gap romance with humor and sensitivity. The sequel is set to release on November 14, 2025, and introduces R. Madhavan, Gautami Kapoor, and Meezaan Jafri to the cast alongside Ajay and Rakul. This time, the story focuses on Rakul’s family and how they adjust to her relationship with a man 24 years older than her, promising laughter, emotions, and engaging family dynamics.

Mastiii 4 hits cinemas on November 21, 2025. The beloved Masti series, famous for its adult humor and mischievous plots, returns with its fourth installment after nearly 20 years. This time, Riteish Deshmukh, Vivek Oberoi, and Aftab Shivdasani are joined by Arshad Warsi and Tusshar Kapoor, bringing fresh energy to the franchise. Director Milap Zaveri, addressing fans on social media, urged everyone to watch the film before passing their judgments.

Awarapan 2, starring Emraan Hashmi, is set to release on April 3, 2026. The sequel to the 2007 cult favorite Awarapan began shooting in Bangkok in September 2025 and continues the story of Shivam. Known for its soulful music and Emraan’s powerful performance, the original remains one of his most underrated films. Directed by Nitin Kakkar, the new installment features Disha Patani in the lead role and has been highly anticipated by fans for years.

Kapil Sharma made his film debut with Kis Kis Ko Pyaar Karoon, a comedy about a man juggling multiple marriages, which performed well at the box office. After several years and a few unsuccessful acting ventures, he is now returning to the franchise for its second installment. While the first film was directed by Abbas-Mustan, the new film is being produced by Ratan Jain and Ganesh Jain, with directorial duties taken over by Anukalp Goswami, who previously wrote dialogues for the original. Kis Kis Ko Pyaar Karoon 2 is set to release on December 12, 2025.

The first two films introduced Shivani Shivaji Roy and her battles against ruthless criminals, with Rani’s powerful performance at the core. Mardaani 3 continues this legacy, featuring Gujarati actress Janki Bodiwala and directed by Abhiraj Minawala. While plot details are under wraps, the film promises the same grounded realism and gripping intensity that fans have come to expect.
