A Hindi anthology film in the adult romance drama genre, Lust Stories 2 is a follow-up to the highly watched Lust Stories from 2018. R. Balki, Konkona Sen Sharma, Amit Ravindernath Sharma, and Sujoy Ghosh wrote and directed this anthology film. This movie was produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Ashi Dua under the banners of Flying Unicorn Entertainment and Rsvp Movies.
Amruta Subhash, Kajol, Tamannaah Bhatia, Mrunal Thakur, and Tillotama Shome are among the movie's many leading ladies. Angad Bedi, Kumud Mishra, Neena Gupta, and Vijay Varma all play significant roles, along with an array of other supporting characters. The rights to the movie's distribution were bought by Netflix, and they would be made accessible through their streaming network.
Plot
In this follow-up to 2018's "Lust Stories," four prominent Indian filmmakers discuss sex, lust, and romance in their films. Lust Stories 2 is an album of films that, by connecting them based on an exploration of interactions through the perspectives of women. Audiences are taken on a trip that deals with the complexity of present-day relationships through the lens of narration.
Release Date
On June 29, 2023, "Lust Stories-2" was released on Netflix as a direct OTT launch.
