Raja Shivaji Story

Raja Shivaji is an upcoming historical drama film directed and written by Riteish Deshmukh, featuring Riteish Deshmukh in lead role. The film also stars an extensive supporting cast, including Sanjay Dutt, Resad Ajim, Abhishek Bachchan, Mahesh Manjrekar, Vidya Balan, Genelia D'Soza, Fardeen Khan, Bhagyashree, Sachin Khedekar, Amole Gupte, Jitendra Joshi, and many more. The movie is produced by Jyoti Deshpande & Genelia Deshmukh under A Mumbai Film Company Production. 

Story 

The film tells the inspiring story of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the legendary warrior king who founded the Maratha Empire. It follows his journey from a determined young leader to the creator of Swarajya (self-rule) during a turbulent time in history. The narrative highlights his courage, smart military strategies, and strong beliefs as he challenges powerful empires, including intense conflicts with enemies like Afzal Khan, showcasing his fight for independence and justice.
