Seetha Payana Story
Seetha Payana is a bilingual romantic family entertainer produced and directed by Arjun Sarja. The film stars Aishwarya Arjun and Niranjan in the lead roles, with Prakash Raj, Satya Raj, Bithiri Sathi, Kovai Sarala, and several others appearing in supporting roles. The music is composed by Anup Rubens, cinematography is handled by G. Balamurugan, and editing is done by Ayoob Khan. The film is produced under the Sree Raam Films International banner.
Arjun Sarja and Dhruva Sarja make special guest appearances in the film.
Story
After losing her mother at a young age, Seetha (Aishwarya Arjun) is raised by her father Rajendra Prasad (Sathyaraj). The father and daughter share a deep, inseparable bond and mean everything to each other. Whenever the topic of marriage comes up, Seetha firmly refuses. Living in Bengaluru, she travels to Belagavi to attend a conference, where she meets Abhi (Niranjan). An unexpected accident during the conference changes her outlook on life.
How does Seetha’s life change after meeting Abhi and his family? What new direction does her journey take? How do Giri (Arjun Sarja) and Basavanna (Dhruv Sarja) support her along the way? Does Seetha’s relationship with Abhi lead to marriage? The answers to these questions form the rest of the story of Seetha Payana.
Release Date
Seetha Payana was shot simultaneously in Telugu, Kannada, and Tamil, and is scheduled for release in both languages on 14 February 2026.
