Aasha is an upcoming Malayalam thriller that marks the directorial debut of Safar Sanal and stars the ever-versatile Urvashi in a powerful lead role.

The film’s screenplay and dialogue, written by Joju George, Ramesh Girija, and Safar Sanal, promise gripping storytelling with depth and intensity. Aasha also stars Joju George, Aishwarya Lekshmi, and Vijayaraghavan in pivotal roles. Backed by producer Vinayaka Ajith, Aasha brings together a strong technical crew renowned cinematographer Madhu Neelakandan behind the visuals, Midhun Mukundan composing the music, and Shan Mohammed handling the editing.


Release Date
The thriller is scheduled for a grand theatrical release in October 2025, and will be presented to audiences across five languages Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu making it a truly pan-Indian cinematic experience.
